topPaneHeight Single: Height (similar to row height) from top of the worksheet to the split line in characters
topLeftCell Address: Top Left cell address of the bottom right pane (if applicable). Only the row component is important in a horizontal split
activePane NullableWorksheetWorksheetPane: Active pane in the split window.
